It’s hard to imagine a tailgate BBQ without the sweet smells of a burning Kobe-beef burger grilling with a side of ice-cold beer.

Steakhouse Elite Football-inspired Tailgating Recipes
Maple Bacon Beer Buckeye Burger
Combine a pound Steakhouse Elite ground beef with ¼ cup of your favorite tailgating beer and 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce. Grill and top with American cheese and maple bacon.
Kickin’ Texas Toast TCU Burgers
Combine a pound of Steakhouse Elite grass-fed beef with ½ cup of your favorite tailgating beer, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce and 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire. Make into patties and grill to perfection, then place on Texas Toast with BBQ sauce and jalapeños.
Ol’ Miss Meatball Bites
Bake Steakhouse Elite pre-made meatballs until thoroughly cooked. Stick a toothpick with half a mini tomato, chunk of lettuce, dill pickle round, cube of cheese and a meatball. Serve with a 1000 island dip.
Wolverine Wasabi Brisket Burgers
Sauté a white onion in two cloves of garlic and 1 tablespoon of peanut oil until translucent. Add ¼ cup of beer, ¼ cup of chili sauce and 2 teaspoons of wasabi paste to onions. Grill Steakhouse Elite Brisket Burger Patties and top with provolone cheese and onion mixture.
Add a pound of Steakhouse Elite Kobe-crafted or grass-fed beef to a Crockpot or slow cooker. Add 1 cup of yellow onion, 1 cup of red bell pepper, ½ cup of BBQ sauce, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and an 8-ounce can of crushed pineapple in juice. Cook until meat is thoroughly cooked and spoon onto Hawaiian rolls with pickled jalapenos.
